6.15am: 6.45am: 7.15am: 7.45am - Newtown Cove: Tidal Soul Wellness with Seabrew coffee and The Hot Pod (€30)
Our most popular collaboration event! Start the early morning with a 30 minute with a gentle Yoga flow with Karen of Tidal Soul Wellness followed by 30 minute sauna session with the Hot Pod. (15 minute gap for change and dip) Finish with a delicious granola breakfast from sea brew with coffee of choice while overlooking Newtown Cove!
6.30 am Tramore Beach: Sunrise Salutations with Yoga by Ginni (FREE)
7 - 9 am Tramore Beach: Sunrise stand up paddle board with Surf Sup Tramore with breakfast with Chez Munchez

9 - 2pm Priests Road: Weekly Farmers Market, Tramore Church carpark. Local produce, organic groceries and craft stands
9 am Park Run: Pre-run activation (10-15 minutes). Simple core activity: Dynamic mobility, lymphatic warm up (FREE) with Grace Russell
10.30 Park Run Recovery: Guided cool down stretch, Lymphatic drainage-style movement, nervous system down-regulation to aid recovery (FREE) 15 - 20 minutes with Grace Russell
11 am Tramore Beach: Pilates with Move with Clodagh (FREE)
12 - 2pm DJ on the Prom sponsored by Taste Tramore
12-8pm: Festival themed menus across all restaurants and cafes, food huts, food stalls and bars in Tramore

2pm The Sea Gardner with Marie Power on the prom: Vitamin C in our ocean Superfood (and A, B, D and E)-seaweeds are known for their high mineral content (iron, iodine, calcium) but did you know they also contain valuable vitamins? Come along and discover!
2 - 5pm Tramore Beach: Sounds by the sea DJ
11 - 5 pm Beach sports and games: Xs and Os, Cornhole
Old fashioned Childhood beach events: egg and spoon, 3 legged race, wheelbarrow race, sprints, tug of war
2 - 4pm Tramore Prom: Saima Henna: Free hand tattoo
1 - 3 pm Gavin the Piano Man: on the Plaza, great live music session
3 - 5pm Kitty Caboodle live session on the Plaza
1 - 5 pm Tramore Taste Tour: Visit Tramore's food and drink establishments with a special 'Vitamin Sea Festival dish'
4 pm Garrarus Beach: Mini-forage at Garrarus Strand with Marie Power, The Sea Gardner. An introduction to the wonderful edible seaweeds growing on the Waterford coastline. We will be walking rocks so reasonable level of fitness required along with waterproof and non-slip footwear.
4 - 8pm The Pav official launch night!
Music/DJ/BBQ so come enjoy some of Tramore's finest local Dis music and food for the launch of a brand new community hub 'The PAV' at the Pavilion on the prom, and all for a good cause!
5.30 pm The Majestic: Spanish Wine Tasting and descriptions. A good evening assured, spaces limited to 20 people!
7pm Mezze: Coastal Market Night!
Join Mezze for an evening of inspired by the buzz of middle eastern markets - big flavours and generous sharing plates! We will be serving a feast of small plates with a coastal theme, expect fish and seafood, seasonal salads, dips, breads and a sweet finish. (www.mezze.ie)
